Change the future with us: Order Acquisition – Participate in commercial discussions and actively involved in order acquisition phase analyzing customer’s requirements, examine their commercial and contractual feasibility into an offer. Drive the review and evaluation of the contract conditions, ensures alignment with Legal, determining the business model (NCM, consortium, novation, subcontracting, split contract etc.), including the preparation of the relevant documents, tax concept, insurance, currency issues, compliance, export control regulations, cash flow. Process Management – Timely review and analysis of opportunities recorded in Sales Force with sales head, Create and ensure adherence of Limitation of Authority process. Perform analysis of Sales data for driving decisions on reach, customers, pricing, markets etc. Risk Management – Evaluate the possible Risks by analyzing the Tender Documents and accordingly categorize the Tender accordingly for the bid approval level. Bid Bank Guarantee – Get the Bid Bank Guarantee processed by following up with Corporate Finance and submit the Original BG along with the Bid. Customer Credit Worthiness – To get the required approval for the credit rating of the Customer for whom the Bid is to be prepared, to protect Siemens interest contractually at a later stage.We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. Minimum Qualification : B.Com/ BBA with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and excellent communication skills. Innovative, proactive and a good team player would be best suited for this role. Excellent analytical skills and accuracy with numbers are standard requirements. Leadership competency - Manage difficult/complex topics. Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel & Office.We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you?
