Description

1. As the direct access channel to the management and supports the leaders in the resolution of responsible entities/departments' specific OD and Job Evaluation (Grading) topics.
2. Manages and implements organizational change processes based on the business department’s strategy / business plan and related projects, and evaluate/validate the job values fitting to the job, department and the entity.
3. Consults and proposes in organizational topics, including org. structure, job evaluation (Grading), title system management, etc. and is responsible for the safe and sound documentation of all agreed proposals, key information, and validated updates.
4. Governs and monitors the application of appropriate HR tools / methods / process and ensures compliance with HR policy / strategy and legal requirements, in accordance with Organization Change related guidelines and Mercer IPE Methodology.
5. Support to HR Strategy Project and other new programs and initiatives related to organization development.
6. Ensures efficiency and effectiveness in OD and Grading proposals, by knowing the business in sufficiently deep and broad level, application of tools and guidelines, alignment with practice from BBA and PZ-AP, with efficient observation of review and approval process.
7. Keeps effective follow-ups validation of agreed proposals based on the change of the situation, and plays the role of "Radar" on certain OD/Grading topics in the business area, for proactive proposals and focus on continuous improvement.
8. Build up a tight network with all relevant functions of the Business Departments and HR peer functions, to ensure the effectiveness of OD/Grading proposals, and spends sufficient time on business area to understand the business with right level, with knowledge from corresponding area from BMW Group, etc.
9. Support Line Manager to optimize the related process about org. change and grading management, title management etc.
10. Other projects and assignments in case of team requirement and demands.

Qualifications and Experience
Education / Degree:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent; Master Degree is an added advantage .

Knowledge / Skills /Competences :
1. Understanding of general MNCs' business operation and process.
2. Knowledge of HR prevalent tools / concept/ Expeirence (grading evaluation, structure design etc..)
3. Skills with communication, business relationship building & development and activity / meeting design & facilitation.
4. Competency of Corporate value champion, business acumen, planning & organization, strategic and holistic thinking, drive for continuous improvement.
5. Authentic and convincing (even under pressure from top management).
6. Strong ownership and good team player.
7. Open minded: needs to think across existing solutions, cultural differences and hierarchy without losing focus on supporting the mid and long term success of the business.
8. Proficient English skills (reading, speaking, listening and business English writing).
