UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT OFFICE
The appointee is expected to assist the Director of University Advancement in developing strategies that enhance public recognition and support of the University. He/She is required to initiate and implement plans and projects for gift solicitations; strengthen ties with existing donors and cultivate prospective donors; prepare fundraising proposals and reports; and organise fundraising activities and institutional advancement projects.
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of work experience in related fields such as fundraising, corporate communications, marketing or event management. The ability to plan, coordinate and implement a wide range of programmes and activities independently will be highly desirable. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential. They should be good and dynamic team players with strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and under pressure.
Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Reference salary range: HK$40,000 - HK$65,000
