Scope of Duties:

• Take a leading role in OEM partnership projects aiming to explore new business opportunities, to improve competitiveness of HAECO Group’s component repair business, to enable new capability set up, and to secure sustainable future business growth
• Conduct business & capability analysis for component repair business to facilitate formation of development strategies
• Responsible for contract negotiations to ensure best value created for HAECO while minimizing contract risks.
• Develop business intelligence database on component repair business
• Prepare business cases for cooperation projects such as return on capital investment, joint venture, sales and acquisition propositions

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Business, Engineering or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years of working experience in aviation industry
• Knowledge or experience in aircraft components business and components OEMs would be an advantage
• Knowledge or experience in contracts and legal terms would be an advantage
• Ability to think across the Group and understand the impact of actions in one part of the business on across the Group, both internally and externally
• Proactive with positive working attitude, self-motivated, well-organized, analytical and results-oriented
• Proficiency in preparing project business cases, justification papers, data analysis, charts, presentations with MS Office applications
• Ability to communicate with more advanced presentation and persuasion skills required to influence people and business decisions
• Good team building and supervisory skills, performance management and coordination skills
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
