Responsibilities:
- To assist in providing urban design inputs on assigned urban restructuring project design / Preliminary Project Feasibility Studies (PPFS) and digital visualization / in-house environmental assessment application via GIS-based platform software for development of potential projects
- To assist in procuring, managing and monitoring consultants engaged in various planning and design development stages of potential projects via PPFS
- To assist in preparing presentations for internal or external submissions on URA projects and activities, etc.
- To maintain close working relationship with internal and external parties to solicit public support and understanding of URA’s action and activities via various forms of computer graphic presentations
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Architecture / Environmental Design / Urban Design
- Degree holder in Planning with aptitude in Urban Design would also be considered
- Minimum 2-5 years’ post-qualification work experience or minimum 5-7 post-degree work experience
- Knowledge of operation/application of Revit, Sketchup/Rhinoceros, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and other graphic software is essential
- Knowledge of GIS related applications and environmental assessment tools will be of high advantage
- Verbal presentation skill will be of high relevance
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
