Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in procuring, managing and coordinating landscape design in the planning, design and implementation of assigned projects / studies
  • To assist in coordinating with in-house designers, external consultants, and/or site team on delivery of quality landscape design for a portfolio of public and private landscape spaces of assigned projects / studies
  • To prepare and follow up on necessary submission works (including tree survey / assessments, landscape plans, tree removal / planting applications) in relation to planning, design and implementation aspects of assigned projects / studies with Government / other stakeholders
  • To provide landscape architectural and other technical inputs to redevelopment projects and related revitalization works / place-making initiatives in preliminary project feasibility studies

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Landscape Architecture/ Design or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ post-degree work experience
  • Good knowledge of local residential mixed use, urban design and placemaking initiatives
  • Hands-on experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D), Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint presentation and other graphic software is essential. Experience in using more advanced 3-D computer visualization tools such as Revit/Rhino will be beneficial.
  • Good communication and presentational skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
