Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist manager to support Direct Channels projects and change management
  • Handle projects with executing, planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating capabilities to ensure effective project rollout and smooth migration
  • Coordinate with relevant parties, e.g. Product, IT, Risk and Compliance, Operations, etc, to identify business needs
  • Gather/ review user requirement, prepare project documents, review function design specification, UAT plan, and arrange user training
  • Assist or monitor the production verification after system implementation

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years banking experience preferable in project
  • Familiar with retail banking products & system operations, especially personal /card loan products
  • Experienced in project management, business analysis and UAT
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
