Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Assist manager to support Direct Channels projects and change management
- Handle projects with executing, planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating capabilities to ensure effective project rollout and smooth migration
- Coordinate with relevant parties, e.g. Product, IT, Risk and Compliance, Operations, etc, to identify business needs
- Gather/ review user requirement, prepare project documents, review function design specification, UAT plan, and arrange user training
- Assist or monitor the production verification after system implementation
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 4 years banking experience preferable in project
- Familiar with retail banking products & system operations, especially personal /card loan products
- Experienced in project management, business analysis and UAT
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
