Job Description
Our client, a reputation HK real estate investment company is urgently looking for an Assistant Manager, Property Management to join their dynamic team in Central.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide full spectrum of property management services for the company Grade A office building and luxurious residential portfolio in HK region
  • Carry out regular monitoring of the properties and arrange preventative maintenance/ remedial repairs
  • Arrange contractors to carry out maintenance works, renovation.
  • Performance site supervision and quotation analysis
  • Resolve complaints and perform corrective action in a professional manners
  • Handle pre-handover and takeover inspections and procedures
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder in Facilities/ Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years experience in providing facilities/property management within Grade A commercial building and/or high-end luxurious residential portfolio which 3 years+ at managerial level
  • Registered Professional Housing Manager qualification (RPHM) is highly recommended
  • Well versed with HK Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws is needed
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency English is needed
  • Willing to work outdoor and under pressure
