Responsibilities: 

• To prepare and execute property leasing of the Authority’s projects and promotional activities; monitor progress; prepare status reports and analysis for Management’s review
• To identify, approach suitable prospective tenants, and recommend tenancy terms
• To monitor, check documentation with joint venture partners in leasing transactions
• To review offer and acceptance letters, and leasing documents
• To conduct rent review, budget planning and rental forecasts

Requirements: 

• Degree or Diploma holder in Surveying / Facility Management / Marketing or relevant discipline
• Recognised professional qualification such as MHKIS or MRICS, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing, facility management and promotion in a sizeable organisation, with not less than 2 years’ post-qualification experience and in a supervisory role
• With strong market acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills
