Responsibilities:
To act as a core team member in developing and implementing BIM-FM and other technology applications
To supervise the performance of main operators and facility managers of the Authority’s properties to ensure that the properties are leased, managed and promotion events carried out properly
To conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper management and maintenance, handle daily communications and correspondence with external and internal parties, and monitor building management and services systems
To review management expenses submitted by main operators and facility managers, and ensure that all expenses are properly incurred in accordance with agreed procedures
To support and follow up closely the tendering exercises for FM-related projects
To assist in implementation and promotion of preventive and predictive maintenance, enhancement of FM operations, facilities, operational efficiency and social values of the Authority-owned properties and joint venture projects
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Surveying, Engineering, Property Management, Housing Management or relevant discipline
Recognized professional qualifications such as membership of surveying or engineering or housing management institutions with not less than 2 years’ post-qualification experience
Minimum 6 years’ managerial experience in facility management in a sizeable organization, with not less than 2 years in a supervisory role
