  • Act as the backup to the QA Manager
  • Oversee the operations of the Testing Management team
  • Promoting continuous quality achievement and improvement, monitoring compliance
  • Manages and defines all the processes used by the team and ensures Sarbanes Oxley compliant
  • Manages the team to produce quality deliverables according to the SDLC process
  • Prioritizes management activities according to the management guidelines and impact to the operations
  • Ensure that the team provides appropriate trainings to team members and application users
  • Identify deficiencies and evaluating and minimizing their potential impact on the organization
  • Escalation point for all Testing issues that cannot be resolved within the project team

Position Requirements
  • Degree in information Technology related curriculum preferred
  • Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Any QA related and /or Technology related certifications a plus
  • Commercial QA experience with 6+ years’ in IT Management
  • Experience in software development, systems architecture, testing and client support
  • Experience in TIBCO Business Works, Business Events, EMS / JMS preferred
  • Experience in commercial testing tool kits for software development environment preferred
  • SQA tools like HP (LoadRunner, ALM & UFT), QTP, etc
  • Experience in non-functional testing nice-to-have
  • Some years of IT training experience would be advantages
  • Knowledge on Gaming and Hotel business operations is a plus
  • Sound knowledge on IT system testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML
  • Knowledge of Software Librarian activities
  • AN understanding and experience in Agile methodology would be a plus
  • Able to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems in a service driven organization
  • Must be able to perform people, process and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Responsible for deliver to agreed timelines, estimating issues that will affect thus as needed
  • Ability to mentor and guide staff
  • Ability to deal with complicity
