We are looking for an Assistant Manager/ Analyst in our Group Office Recognition and Rewards Team.

This role will analyse current compensation and benefit package trends and recommend those which are most suitable. Your duties will include evaluating existing compensation and benefits programmes and policies, proposing amendments if necessary, and communicating about these with management and employees. You will administer our benefit & wellness programmes and provide support in our various rewards initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will benchmark our compensation, benefits and rewards programmes  and prepare analytics
  • You will administer our Flexible Benefits Programme, Rental Reimbursement, and Group Medical & Insurance Plans including vendor payments.
  • You will manage Group Office corporate discount and employee insurance purchase programmes including researching & working directly with potential partners on promotions/discount offers.
  • You will hold employee and manager briefing sessions on benefits programmes and provide information to explain changes in benefits to employees and answering employee queries about benefits policies.
  • You will ensure Workday articles are updated.
  • You will liaise with external vendors on wellbeing programmes arrangement.
  • You will need to coach and guide junior support staff, as required.

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and understand the importance to deliver each task successfully as per stakeholders' expectation.
  • Ability to work independently, think logically and be able to handle large amount of data. 
  • Ability to proactively communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders such as HRBPs/RBPs, RPO Team and R&R community to better understand challenges and requirements, as well as feedback from the business.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business and/or Human Resources stream.
  • At least 5 years of relevant rewards & benefits experience with a sizable firm.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other employment related legislations is required.
  • Be meticulous and able to work independent.
