Responsible to ensure all required financial reporting and analysis are timely and accurately prepared and distributed to stakeholders, and the compliance with professional standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements.- Manage timely and quality delivery of financial information, reports and analysis to respective stakeholders including IFRS templates and other reporting basis.
- Timely manage delivery of local BU reporting and analysis. Support Local Business Unit (Finance team) on relevant financial reporting matters by providing timely and satisfactory response on all queries to enable business decisions.
- Develop and recommend areas for improvement and enhancement on current system and processes to meet the challenges and needs of stakeholders in relation to IFRS templates, management reports, delta ledger postings.
- Engage and manage projects for any development, design, and implementation of new processes, control, and functionality changes to existing systems in relation to IFRS templates, management report, delta ledgers posting.
- Responsible to ensure the team update Business Process Manuals (BPM) and Training Materials (TM) as and when new enhancement identified, implemented and communicated, and at least on annual basis.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet financial reporting requirements and/or other projects.
- Support the Manager to develop and recommend areas for enhancements and improvements for the current systems and processes to meet the challenges and needs of stakeholders.
