Responsibilities:

• Equip with E-commerce working experience to assist Manager to uplift customer online shopping experience
• Get retailers on-board to enrich E-commerce platform with themed assortment mix
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to extend E-commerce reach to potential customers, through embedding into My Flight App and eWallet portal, Alipay Mini-program
• Has strong project management skills to liaise with IT department and E-commerce platform vendor to fulfill business requirements on optimizing E-commerce UI/UX, promotion capabilities, as well as payment gateway related functions and features
• Work closely with appointed vendors to ensure smooth operation and logistics related tasks of E-commerce
• Carry out regular payment related activities, e.g. validation on payment reconciliation and settlement reports, closely monitoring on transactions and payment fault control, etc.
• Assist in setting up, reviewing legal documents and policies associated with E-commerce project
• Assist in performing user acceptance testing and quality checking

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, E-commerce, or Information Technology related discipline
• At least 5 years of solid experience in project management and E-commerce related projects
• Experience in E-Commence platform and payment gateway is a must
• Knowledge on Google Analytics, SEO, digital marketing preferred
• Experience in IT and retail industry will be a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skill
• Service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail-minded with ability to multi-task
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
