Key Objectives

  • Closely work with internal/external business partners reporting and analyzing customer satisfaction relevant KPIs for both BMW and MINI, and further optimize the sales process accordingly, to keep striving for a better customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities

  • Full responsible of Sales Process Check project implementation and daily management on dealer level ;

  • Lead to yearly monitor and updated questionnaire based on market, region and AG communication requirements;

  • Full responsible of implementation agency management and steering, include bidding process handling, daily management and problem solving;

  • Support to work with AG to meet global standards and programs as well local adaption

  • Support on DMS back charge project with IT and controlling of BBA & NSC

  • Support on MINI ASL project with MINI sales and AFS

  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above degree in Business Management or Economics

Knowledge / Skills /Competences

  • Excellent project management skills and experience

  • Good knowledge of new dealership implementation or relevant project management experience

  • Analytical with good planning and organizing skills

  • Excellent working performance record

  • Experience of premium brand management

  • Target oriented and persistent personality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Local Chinese with fluent English is a must and German is an advantage

  • Strong team-work spirit

Experience

  • 3-5 years working experience preferrably in the automotive industry

  • Experience in consultancy firms (auto sector) is also acceptable
