Assist Team Manager to manage and provide day to day SAP functional support & services covering the following SAP Modules namely Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting), Controlling, Project System, Cash Management & Bank Communication Management for AIA Business Units.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership, coordination and administration for the team assigned. Task include but not limited to:
    • Team functional advisor, administrative and development.
    • Team shift arrangement and planning.
    • Team assignment allocation.
    • Participation in Finance Change Board (FCB) related activity including Change request feasibility and assessment.
  • Perform BAU Activities – Incident and Service Request:
    • Perform diagnosis / investigation / troubleshooting.
    • Perform configuration changes/ fixes and work closely with vendors where necessary to resolve incident.
  • Perform BAU Activities – Change Request:
    • Develop & update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation (i.e. Functional Specification Documentation (FSD)).
    • Perform configuration / code changes & Unit Test (including coordination with 3rd party where necessary).
    • Prepare test scenarios & acceptance criteria.
    • Inform on readiness for Regression Test / Production deployment
    • Prepare & submit Change Deployment Template.
    • Close ticket upon successful Production deployment OR Close ticket upon receiving successful-deployment-confirmation from Integration Manager.
    • Perform Post Deployment Validation.
  • Assist Team Manager to manage and perform BAU activities as per defined in accordance to EASC operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which are generally of moderate to complex scenarios.
  • Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template.
  • Positive collaboration with all stakeholders on BAU related matters.
  • Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency of the end user base and act as a SAP ambassador.
  • Provide training to end users.
  • Participate in project activities with SAP focus.
  • May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements.
  • Supporting Team Manager on work assignments as per required.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Business or Accounting equivalent is required.

Experience

  • 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience in regional solution / system support with SAP FICO, CM and BCM focus across the APAC region.
  •  At least 3 end to end project implementation experience in FICO related area will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant SAP CoE experience and user support track record.
  • Applied accounting / business knowledge in SAP FICO ECC system.
  • Managing communication with key stakeholders (i.e. finance business users).
  • Knowledge in SAP Multiple Ledgers with Multiple Currency will be an added advantage.

Certifications / licenses

  • Relevant SAP certification.
