Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate, plan and oversee market development strategies and activities as a key account manager in the assigned countries
• Prepare sales forecast and analysis for assigned countries, explore new business opportunities and establish sales recovery plan
• Develop new business market and customer base in aircraft tire industry
• Manage business partners to support Bridgestone business in APAC
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide professional support
• Assist Sales Team to achieve company goals
• Responsible for daily sales operation including but not limited to preparation of sales budget, report, proposal and agreement
• Frequent travel across APAC region
• Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Degree level, at least 7 years working experience in Sales & Marketing
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Business acumen, analytical thinker, details oriented and people management skillsets
• Self-discipline, mature, independent and able to work under high pressure
• Strong leadership and problem solving skill
• Good interpersonal skill, proactive, multi-tasking and responsible
• Experience in aviation industry is highly preferable
