The applicant will be part of the Regional Center of Competence (RCoC) for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to be responsible in defining and describing technical architecture of CRM using Salesforce within the Asian/ Overseas template.
The applicant will be responsible in designing and implementing solutions in-house internally and with partners/vendors.

- As part of Regional Center of Competence (RCoC), involved in designing and developing solution components around Salesforce and ensure its implementation according to the design
- Must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering sessions, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and manage the integration process
- Develop specifications along with partners/suppliers for solutions components in relation Salesforce including integration of other local and regional systems that are used within the country/market including retailers/dealers
- Develop on synergies between various technical product offerings in terms of application and infrastructure and offer guidance in utilizing them
- Closely liaise with various internal and external parties including HQ colleagues, business users and suppliers in order to fulfill the business requirements
