• Manage and drive team to provide high quality of service

• Be responsible for key clients

• Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth the team’s daily operation

• Allocate job/make personnel arrangement properly within team

• Provide training to junior staff

• Appraise team members’ performance

• Handle customer complaint.

• Inspire the teamwork spirit

• Daily quality data checking and clearance

• Follow and monitor team members to follow department’s new policies and regulations strictly

• Assist seafreight manager/AM to complete related data checking and reports

职位要求：

• College Degree or above

• At least 5~6 years seafreight operation experience in IFF companies and at least 2 years team leader experience

• Teamwork spirit and willing to share with others

• Good English both verbal and written

• Good computer skills of work/excel/PPT

• Good interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties
