- Visitor / vendor management system implementation and monitoring.

- Review the of all surveillance and fire systems in the unit and recommend improvements.
- Time office management (all types of registers, reports, log books, key system & pass system etc.)
- DFMD, HHMD CCTV, Baggage Screening handling and monitoring.
- To manage process and control of large gatherings and traffic during banquet events
- Post incident audit: Damage survey, Salvage, Incident investigation report and case study report.
- Audits, Maintenance and Testing of all kind of Fire Extinguishers.
- Annual maintenance contract supervision and monitoring
- Handling of all aspects the hotel that may go overnight, needs to be ready to respond to a variety of situations such as late check- ins, intoxicated guests and loud parties, to help and a customer-focused attitude.
- Control room readiness for emergency
- Monitoring of the CCTV in the security control room, of various cameras on board. Keep the recording logs ready for references.
- Responsible for supervise and manage the procedures as of receiving of goods, frisking of employees and visitors and etc.
- Prepare LSOP’S as per requirements.
