Job Purpose: Assist in the development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees

Daily Operations
  • Regularly conduct internal service assessment and observe quality of services
  • Reflect service experiences with constructive feedback
  • Keep up with daily operations guest feedbacks, logs and operational changes
  • Professionally and positively communicate with team members
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding internal company matters

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel Food & Beverage service experience at mid-management level or above
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Language Abilities: Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Advanced in MS Office and demonstrated competence in HRIS system
