Job Description

Design and manage casino marketing incentive programs, and produce in-depth statistical analysis in order to grow casino marketing hosts/executives’ productivity, with the ultimate goal of maximising the overall gaming profit, while taking into account the complex interactions between customer-host relations and salesforce management .

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare property level periodic reports of key performance indicators and interpret prevailing trends for review by management.
  • Review and validate KPI data, interpret prevailing trends and prepare reports for review by management
  • Liaise with salesforce management and senior management and able to articulate complicated topics in an approachable manner
  • Analyse a variety of issues on an ad hoc basis as requested by management.
  • Assist in data-mining and predictive models in the gaming field.
  • Be responsible for auditing reports versus budgetary, historical and industry benchmarks and provide insights for opportunities
  • Manage small to medium scope projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Successful candidates must have at least three to five years of relevant work experience
  • Candidates must have a proven track record in highly numerate and analytical roles
  • Preference is given to candidates with gaming or hospitality experience

Education

  • Candidates must hold a degree from a major, accredited institution in the fields of hospitality, gaming, statistics, marketing, finance, engineering, business administration or mathematics.
  • Preference is given to candidates with a post graduate degree from a major, accredited institution

Skills / Competencies

  • Candidate must have a mature presentation style and be comfortable interacting with senior management continuously
  • Candidates should have strong English writing and excellent Cantonese/Mandarin speaking skills
  • Candidate must be near expert proficiency in MS Excel and quite strong in PowerPoint
  • Preference must have superior technical skills in SAS, Visual Basic, SQL.
  • Strong project management skills is a must
