Role and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with architect and vendor to develop the best technical design;
• Develop technical requirements (application) and provide technical evaluation and scoring of applications for RFP;
• Plan, design, develop, implement, and support IT products and applications to meet the customer needs;
• Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and system integration;
• Test all solution aspects including but not limited to security, performance, integration;
• Facilitate project progress through relevant gates;
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the software development team and external 3rd parties as required;
• Identify areas of risk and prepare strategies for mitigation for the projects;
• Keep abreast of latest trends in technology.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years of related IT experience covering but not limited to:
  • Software development
  • System analysis
  • Solution definition
  • System Testing
• Solid software development skill is highly beneficial;
• Airline or travel industry knowledge is highly beneficial.
