To extend support and assist the agents on improving the overall productivity, quality and effectiveness of the telemarketing team. This includes assigning individual work tasks and assessing employee work performance.

•Drive the Telemarketing Sales Representatives to achieve set productivity & sales conversion targets on a consistent basis.
• Manage customer service excellence with proper training enforcement, prompt TAT service delivery and effective customer issues resolution.
• Attend & Resolve customers’ issues/feedback/complaints.
• Review processes regularly for effective re-engineering to improve the productivity of the team.
• Perform call reviews, monitoring and provide necessary coaching.
• Ensure daily reports are promptly and accurately submitted

• Manage the morale & drive of the Telemarketing Sales Representatives, ensuring high productivity with low absenteeism rate.
• Train new hires, continuously supervise, groom and monitor to achieve sales and non-sales key productivity metrices such as annualized new premiums, case count and quality assurance scores.

• Drive outbound calls activities to penetrate the Business Partner’s customer base for sales of approved products.

Job Requirements
• Experience: 4- 6 years of relevant sales experience with proven positive sales
track records in Call Centre & Telemarketing in similar industry.
• Specific Business Knowledge: Call Centre & Telemarketing systems &
workflows, phone sales knowledge.
