Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in write-ups and coordination of solicitation proposals to Trust, Foundations and government funding
- Partner with service departments on funding applications and follow up in a timely manner
- Compile funding project and budget reports and coordinate service review visits with funders
- Establish and develop relationships with existing and new trusts and foundations
- Systematic organization in application and documents for records
Requirements:
- Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing and Communications Discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field, experience in developing funding proposal and application is a definite advantage
- Strong writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English, with good presentation skills and editorial skills
- Proficient in Chinese word-processing and Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) is a must
- Self-motivated, well versed with donors and stakeholders, detailed oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team players with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Contract period: 1 year (renewable)
