Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist to manage, implement and continual review of the environmental, health & safety management systems including EHS inspection, accident investigation, risk management , EH&S rules/guidelines set up and contractor safety.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in sustaining the Environmental, health & safety system to the required standards.
2. Support Business Unites to establish environmental and safety rules/guidelines for work activities.
3. Organize EHS inspections programme across Business Units and come up with improvement measures jointly with relevant parties.
4. Conduct investigation for accident and near-miss incident and make solid recommendations against root causes.
5. Manage and review the master risk register across GM and Broadway.
6. Manage and review the aspect and impact register across GM and Broadway
7. Assist in environmental, health & safety promotion.
8. Assist to conduct Integrated Management System audits and act on agreed deficiencies and improvement.
9. Any other environmental, health & safety duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma in either Environmental, Health & Safety or Engineering.
- Registered Safety Officer with the Labour Department.
- Minimum 5 years experience in environmental, health & safety.
- Familiar with Government codes and regulation.
- Demonstrate team spirit and cooperation.
- Fluent in both English & Cantonese.
- Proficient in computer skill.
