Responsibilities: 

• To assist in managing and monitoring the implementation of joint venture development projects
• To assist in managing and monitoring the implementation of self-developed projects
• To assist in managing and supervising consultants for upkeeping and repair works of acquired properties
• To assist in managing and supervising consultants for demolition of existing buildings

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in building services or architectural studies
• Recognised professional qualifications (MHKIS / MHKIE / MHKIA / MCIOB) or other equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in building construction field
• Operational knowledge of relevant computer software application
