Job Responsibilities
Infrastructure and End-user Support Services:
• Evaluate, implement and sustain technology solutions, including software, hardware and vendor services (eg. email and end-user tools, backup and security tools, authentication, OS, server virtualisation, firewall, routers, switches & cloud environments etc).
• Monitor system capacity and vendor service utilisation, identify opportunity to optimise and streamline, champion changes to best utilise resources and provide an efficient workplace for users.
• Integrate system and information security to design and implement the sustainable technology solutions (especially for end-users), in order to protect data, software, and hardware
• Provide technical advice and support to business users, application teams, vendors and external partners.
• Maintain the inventory of computer assets and software licences.
Team Management:
• Responsible to Manage the outsourced IT Helpdesk team and onsite engineer team to deliver prompt, effective and friendly support to end-users under standardized procedures
• Maintain OLA with application team
• Yearly asset management with finance team (Inventory)
• Lead IT projects and initiatives. Instruct vendors to sustain system environments and exercise quality control.
Job Requirements
• MDM experience and Linux basic knowledge
• IT project implementation experience
• Hands on experience is a MUST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD infra base
• Experience in IT end-user services delivery, Microsoft Office 365 administration, network & cloud infrastructure troubleshooting and support, end-user hardware and software, Windows, Linux management and upgrade.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Working Hour: MON, THU & FRI 09:00 – 18:00 and SAT & SUN subject to event
• Compensation Leaves will be provided if any OT
