Assistant Marcom Manager
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Marcom; responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop concepts and artworks for hotel, destination and revenue centers
• Design collaterals including direct mail, ads, posters, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers and coupons as needed
• Meet all deadlines set by the Director of Communications and the team
• Manage and maintain graphic files, including center logos, photo and artworks.
• Maintain collateral archives
• Assist Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing and advertising strategies.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Performs additional tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years experience required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window and adobe design applications
• University/College degree in a related discipline required
• Fluency in Vietnamese (verbal & written) essential & English.
