Responsibilities

• Establish business network with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies and identify sound opportunity for new shop development
• Monitor and handle leasing matters including site visit, lease negotiation, tenancy administration and handover / takeover of premises
• Liaise with landlords and solicitors for reviewing tenancy related documents & agreements
• Conduct market research and prepare presentation material for management review

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property / Estate Management or related disciplines
• 5 years’ or above solid experience in property leasing or market development preferably gained from sizable retailer or property developer
• Familiar with the local property market and with sound knowledge on regulations & ordinances and general leasing procedures and practices
• Ability to handle correspondences and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Market Development Officer
