Job Description
- Assist Marketing Manager to identify, formulate and implement marketing strategy and plan to align with company directions and goals
- Maintain good relationship with all parties to monitor project delivery and marketing program performance
- Provide support and collaborate with different teams, facilitate training and presentation for the frontline staffs in order to achieve excellent service
- Handle the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials to tie in with events and other business needs
- Assist in ad hoc projects and marketing events as assigned
Skills and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, good organization, communication, presentation and planning skills
- Proactive in initiating new ideas
- Experience working in creative and design industry preferable
- Knowledge of different marketing tools especially SEO, SEM, Google Adword, Google Analytics and other social media platforms preferable
- Experience in handling media enquiries and publicity
- High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in AI and/or Photoshop will be an advantage
- Well organized and able to work independently under pressure
