GNC operates more than 6,000 retail outlets worldwide in over 50 international markets. We are looking for high caliber individuals for the following position.

Assistant Marketing Manager

The Job:

• To plan and develop the short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing, communication, CRM program and marketing activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
• To formulate and execute brand strategy and identifying market positioning of GNC
• To provide the development of new store format and develop marketing plans to support execution
• To analyze market trends, competitions, and consumer needs to formulate innovative marketing and sales execution plans and initiatives
• Manage advertising agencies to develop execution plans of marketing projects
• To utilize loyalty program and leverage new technology and processes to leverage the customer needs

The Person:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG, retail, health & beauty or cosmetic industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Positive attitude with ability to adapt to quick changes
• Good interpersonal and people management skill
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
