Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Customer Growth team to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

The Opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to support all areas of marketing with a particular focus on growth

About the role:

Some responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the strategy and execution of fully integrated B2C and B2B marketing activities to support the acquisition of customers

  • Support the management of existing Marketing Lead Generation and Digital acquisition tools and campaigns, and assist the development of new ones to create stronger customer targeting and delivery efficiencies.

  • Add and support with all campaign, marketing, and digital reporting requirements

  • Support all aspects of relationships with relevant third-party vendors and partners

About you:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification

  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience in a service enterprise – Insurance industry experience is preferable but not mandatory

  • Demonstrable experience supporting and delivering successful integrated brand marketing initiatives in large and complex organisations

  • A clear understanding of the role data and insights play in marketing

  • B2C experience in the digital channel, having worked or supported a lead manager with external media agencies

  • Balance of creative and commercial thinking

  • Base understanding of specialist marketing functions particularly digital marketing and lead generation best practices – knowledge of SEM/SEO and any applicable digital reporting tools would be advantageous

  • Experience in dealing with complex products, with large and diverse customer bases

  • Risk management experience within the field
