JOB DESCRIPTION

• Formulate, execute, and refine e-commerce strategies to drive revenue and improve digital experience
• Plan and lead digital marketing programs such as websites management, SEO, social media, Facebook Ad campaign, eDM, content marketing management
• Perform daily management of the accounts and operations of social media, innovative content creation, media planning, monitoring and driving traffic conversion and brand awareness
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing initiatives with metrics (Reach, CTR, CPM, ROAS, Conversions, etc) and proactively roll out test plans to improve campaign performance and user experience
• Explore new digital channels for advertising & promotion and partnership opportunities
• To perform other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder of Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, etc.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Solid and hands-on experience in managing social media campaign such as Facebook Ads Manager /viral marketing in a MUST
• Proven success in launching digital campaigns in driving online business and awareness
• Good writing skill in editorial & marketing materials with media angle & insight
• Sound knowledge of digital applications and trends and passion and drive to initiate digital marketing ideas
• Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign / video editing skills is a preferred
• Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
• Ability to achieve results while working independently
• Excellent communications in English and Chinese
