Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute 360 degree thematic and promotion campaign to drive sales and traffic including advertising, media planning, PR, events, and in-store activities with excellence;
• Work and inspire strategic partners, agencies & internal stakeholders with consideration on brand messaging & achieving business objectives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define retail marketing priorities; Nurture retail branding via developing marketing materials and active communications so as to maximize brand/ product exposure and ultimately to drive business growth;
• Explore joint-promotion opportunities through brands collaboration, partnership & sponsorship
• Coordinate roadshows and in-store events from planning to execution to deliver the set KPIs
• Control and monitor closely marketing budget to achieve optimal results for company
• Prepare the post campaign/event analysis and reports to optimize marketing efficiency
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communication or related disciplines
• At least 6 years relevant working experience in retail, marketing, advertising or equivalent industry; exposure in luxury industry is a plus
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Good communication and presentation skills, detail oriented and well organized. Strong team and project management skills
• Strong command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
