Responsibilities:

• Develop brand strategies and plans including but not limited to: strategy, concept, and forecasting to increase brand awareness
• Initiate and develop ATL, BTL and digital marketing activities, including advertising, content creation, growth tracking, CRM, etc.
• Explore new promotion channels and joint promotions
• Keep tracking and analyzing competitors’ marketing activities
• Perform project management to make sure the promotion and advertisement campaign launch as plan
• Review the effectiveness of each campaign

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in relevant disciplin
• At least 5 years relevant work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Websites management, SEO and SEM
• Good knowledge on beauty industry; candidates from digital/ social media agency would be advantages
• Good sense of market trends with insightful suggestions
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with good problem-solving skill
• Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative team player
