We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager to help us run a high-profile industry support project during the project period:

Job duties:
The Senior Marketing Officer/Assistant Marketing Manager will work with a team and be responsible for:

• Project documentation
• Organize industry briefing and training
• Recruit application from interested companies
• Run vetting committee and tutorial sessions
• Prepare guideline, reimburse funding subsidy to companies against milestones
• Conduct promotion campaigns
• Organize Filmart Pavilion, Premiere and networking event
• Chasing, and checking receipts of all expenses of all subsidized companies for auditing
• Chasing feedbacks from participating companies for project reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Communication/Animation/Event Management or related fields
• At least 4 years in marketing/animation/event organizing experiences with good management experiences and skills. Less experiences can be considered as Senior Marketing Officer.
• Experiences of project management of government-funded projects with good track record is preferable
• Besides project execution, the candidate should have the good industry knowledge and ability to lead and drive the development of this well-accepted industry support project to next level
• Can effectively communicate with multi-stakeholders i.e. the government department which provides funding, key animation industry supporters and program participants
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
