Scope of Duties:

Financial Management and Systems & Performance Management

• Assist to prepare the annual departmental budget
• Analyze revenues, expenses and trends for budget adherence monitoring with moderate supervision
• Prepare monthly Profit and Loss variance report with moderate supervision
• Assist to develop costing model / pricing for potential business opportunities
• Document user and customer requirements as foundation for business case build-up
• Acquire data from company systems and produce reports for performance and operations management
• Assist to document opportunities and user requirements for business process improvements.
• Assist to filter and validate System Requests generated from MM sections / for MM owned systems

Other Duties

• Produce statistical information or reports for Financial, Operational and Quality related area and projects as per senior’s guidelines / instructions.
• Assist to update MM-BCP as per senior’s guidelines / instructions.
• Report progress and accomplishment per task assigned.
• Assist to process user enquiries
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
• No relevant experience required
• Good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills especially Microsoft Office and database applications
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications preferred
