Job Description

Responsibility

  • Work on membership recruitment
  • Handle member enquiries, requests and complaints
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and potential members
  • Plan and organize member events
  • Maintain member database and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly membership report
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Operations Team

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience preferably in customer servicing industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and business acumen
  • Mature with pleasant character, customer focused
  • Independent and attention to detail
  • Resourceful and proactive in solving problems
  • Proficient in MS Packages (Word/ Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
