Job Description
Responsibility
- Work on membership recruitment
- Handle member enquiries, requests and complaints
- Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and potential members
- Plan and organize member events
- Maintain member database and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly membership report
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Operations Team
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience preferably in customer servicing industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and business acumen
- Mature with pleasant character, customer focused
- Independent and attention to detail
- Resourceful and proactive in solving problems
- Proficient in MS Packages (Word/ Excel / PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
