Job Description

- Assist monitoring of OTB, pre-season and in-season sales forecast, margin, receipts and inventory on a monthly basis 

- Work closely with buyers to monitor planned sales, planned gross profit, and planned markdowns

- Manage good balance of stock level among stores

- Manage mark down during sale period so as to maximize sales and maintain planned gross profit

- Ensure that on-order and committed receipts are delivering on time to support forecasts and sales

- Assist report preparations on sales trends and patterns, stock replenishment and inventory level in weekly cycle

- Monitor periodically the stock level, merchandise allocation plan, logistics flow from ordering to delivery at stores 

- Work with cross functional team and stores to create transfers and as needed to drive sales.

- To support ad-hoc assignments or inventory related projects

Requirement

- Degree holder in business or supply chain related discipline

- With at least 1-2 year(s) working in a planning, buying or merchandising function

- Highly sensitive to figures and strong analytical skills

- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy

- Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
