1、工作职责:
Job responsibility
对供应商开发、评估、管理包括品质和交期事故应对和扣款等采购作业
Develop and evaluate new vendors as well as managment on quality, on time delivery and payment verification
有序地管理可追溯的记录及维护产品规格书等相关资料库
Make and maintain the product specification
负责样板管理包括打样与维护样板库
Follow up sample making with vendors and maitain the approved samples
价格与条款谈判
Negotiate the price, MOQ, leadtime etc with vendors
处理客户投诉
Responsible for the market returns and get solution with vendors
准时提交报告
on time reporting
其他日常工作
other tasks assigned by merchandising manager
2. 任职资格
Requirement
1年以上采购经验,(优秀应届生也可)
colleage or above, 1 year experience on the similar position ( outstanding newly graduated to be considered)
具备优良的沟通、协调及执行能力,思维清晰,条理性
good communication, coordiantion, execution, logistic thinking
乐于学习,诚实敬业,有强烈的抗压性和责任心,团队精神佳
willing to learn, able to work under pressure, good teamplayer
英文书面沟通无障碍。若口语流利,优先考虑录用
good writing in English. good speaking preferred
对塑料产品,化妆品、包材了解更佳
experinece on plastic ,cosmetic packaging peferred
