Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Product Development and prepare necessary documents to merchandising team.
  • Follow-up on time and action of sample development and order processing. Ensure key dates are met.
  • Record order details in company's system for documentation, coordination, review and analysis;
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously as well as able to thrive in a fast paced working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management or related;
  • Good command of Spoken & Written English
  • Good communication skills. customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver
  • Good written communications skills. Attention to detail and meticulous
  • Must have strong sense of commitment and responsibilities, well-organized
  • Good computer skill, able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally;
  • Experience of buying office is preferable.
