Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase order and verify the incoming invoices with the PO
• Follow up order status and update the inventory status in computer system to ensure accurate inventory and on time delivery
• Responsible in product sourcing, development, quotations & project
• Coordinate with customer for delivery schedules, enquires and projects
• Develop and manage the procurement system
• Ask quotation from suppliers to get competitive price and search potential suppliers in Hong Kong or overseas and maintain supplier lists.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferable in supply chain management / procurement or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Hard working, responsible and aggressive
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail minded with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
