Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring inventory, delivery and reordering situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained in stores in a timely manner.
• Consolidate all related figures/ data in reporting format for a regular update and analytical purpose.
• Coordinate with stores on stock movement including allocation, replenishment and consolidation.
• Regular store check to assist merchandising display and report market performance to senior management.
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with relevant disciplines preferred
• Passionate in Food & Beverage or FMCG industry
• Good organisational skills and sensitive with numbers
• Multi-tasking skills and strong self-motivation
• Detail-minded, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (include Mandarin)
