Responsibilities:

Assist in merchandising activities including but not limited to:

• Follow up the sampling and shipment
• Daily communication with supplier
• Follow up test reporting checking
• Update the order processing system
• Monitor inspection process including inspection booking, samples and QC files
• Follow up Packaging Artwork (print proof)

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in a buying office environment
• Well organized, responsible, problem solving
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Well-versed in MS office application
• Occasional travel to China is required
