Responsibilities:

• Assists Merchandiser on incoming sales orders, quotations and administrative document;
• Samples follow up and packing;
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments for order commitment and manage order status;
• Input and administrate sales/purchase orders to centralized ERP system;

Requirement:

• Working experience in merchandising is preferred;
• Form 6 or above education;
• Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English, able to speak Mandarin;
• Proactive, good communication skills with suppliers and inter-departments
