Job description
- Follow up overseas orders and production schedule coordination
- Work closely with overseas customer and factories
- Handle the courier service in both domestic and international
- Sample handling: sample mailing, sample photo shooting and sample packing
- Assist to maintain the vendor database and tidy up the Showroom
- Report to Merchandising Manager
Requirements
- Matriculated or above
- 2 years of related working experience preferably in trading firms
- Basic knowledge of merchandising
- Familiar with logistic procedure of courier and document filing
- Good in written and oral communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Willing to attend oversea trade fairs
- Occasionally travel to China
- Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and willing to learn new things
