Job description

• Follow up overseas orders and production schedule coordination
• Work closely with overseas customer and factories
• Handle the courier service in both domestic and international
• Sample handling: sample mailing, sample photo shooting and sample packing
• Assist to maintain the vendor database and tidy up the Showroom
• Report to Merchandising Manager

Requirements

• Matriculated or above
• 2 years of related working experience preferably in trading firms
• Basic knowledge of merchandising
• Familiar with logistic procedure of courier and document filing
• Good in written and oral communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Willing to attend oversea trade fairs
• Occasionally travel to China
• Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and willing to learn new things
