Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain effective margin and price controls which maximize business profits.
• To implement the merchandise, buying and pricing strategies for designated categories to increase category penetration, drive sales and margin, Enhance competitive edges and capitalize market opportunities.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and visit stores occasionally.
• Conduct data analysis and product review to understand market dynamics and identify market opportunities
• Follow up on sampling, pricing, order placement, quality control and shipping arrangement
• Monitor daily inventory, set up order forecast, implement daily replenishment and merchandise distribution.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business, purchasing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years retail merchandising experience
• Knowledge of category management
• A good team player with strong leadership and influencing skills
• Previous exposure in reputable chain-store operations will be advantageous
• Be numerate, self-motivated as well as customer focus mindset;
• Good PC proficiency, excellent in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin. (Thai will be advantageous)
