This position willproactively manage and handle all aspects of our NYOs Cold Weather Accessories product development, sampling, bulk production and quality that they channel through HKO, and with which China and off-shore production is involved.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep NYO updated with the latest industry and market trends of Cold Weather Accessories. Source and submit Cold Weather Accessories-related swatches, sketches, pictures, samples, concepts, etc to NYO for consideration and development.

Assist in the development and production of other accessories such as handbags, sunglasses, etc.

Pursue and receive from NYO all fabric and product details. Assist in factory / style allocation and follow up with factories.

Manage, co-ordinate and expedite both prototypes and samples to ensure correct and complete prototypes, assortment/presentation samples, photo samples, marketing samples, production-concerned samples and shipment samples are delivered on-time and to the right places.

Communicate and liaise with NYO, sources and factories to ensure timely and accurate answers are provided for all requests on material sourcing, product development, sampling, bulk production and quality.

Pursue and receive all Purchase Orders from NYO correctly and on-time.

Negotiate costs and prices for NYO to ensure attainment of the required profit margin of NYO with realistic target prices, yet securing the product / product range integrity and quality.

Manage all deliveries of bulk production goods are correct, complete and on-time.

Other duties as required from time to time to ensure overall effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy of the brands

Occasional travel to in China and overseas maybe required.

Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Textile Clothing Institute or related disciplines

Minimum 8 years or above merchandising experience in all kinds ofCold Weather Accessories including Childrens.

Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
